To submit a story or article to HerConversation, fill out the submission form for your chosen category, attach your bio and headshot, and submit your content. The HerConversation team reserves the right to edit, refuse, or return your article for revisions.

Yes. HerConversation accepts submissions on a wide range of topics to promote insightful conversations among our community members. Specific focus themes include Diversity and Inclusion, World, Culture, and Society, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Careers, Finance, Technology, Health and Wellness, Self-Improvement, Lifestyle, and Travel. However, these are broader suggestions and we encourage contributors to share their knowledge and perspectives on any topic they feel passionate about.

HerConversation is a platform that's free to use. There are no subscription costs or fees associated with participating in discussions or accessing the content shared by others. It's designed to be an inclusive space where everyone can share their thoughts and experiences without barriers.

At HerConversation, all guest posts must adhere to the following content guidelines. Articles should be non-commercial and free from any promotion or endorsement of products, brands, or services. Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not contain negative commentary. We require US English, with proper grammar, simple vocabulary, and minimal jargon. Content must follow clear formatting, including headings, subheadings, and paragraph breaks, and must provide accurate information with in-text citations or hyperlinks where necessary. While keywords are allowed, they must not compromise the quality or substance of the article through excessive use. HerConversation upholds ethical standards by prohibiting plagiarism and AI-generated content, with procedures in place to detect and address any misconduct.
